Rule 57
Classification of services
: (1) The department may classify firms, companies or organizations operating training centers, factories or workshops registered in accordance with Rule 56 on the basis of capital, technology, quality manpower and other matters.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the department may inspect from time to time whether the conditions to be followed and the quality to be maintained have been maintained by the firm, company or organization classified according to sub-rule (1).
